Refund Policy - Purchased Readings
Thank you for booking a reading session with me. Please review my policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.
Cancellation and Rescheduling by You:
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your reading session, please notify me as soon as possible by emailing me at info.devotedjayjay@gmail.com.
* Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session: You may be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule your session for a later date, subject to availability.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: I may not be able to offer a full refund, 30% will be returned to you. Rescheduling may be possible at my discretion, potentially with a rescheduling fee if I am booked up for the day.
* No-shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled reading session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Me:
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule your reading session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, technical issues), I will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option of receiving a full refund or rescheduling your session for a mutually convenient time, priority subject to availability.
Refunds:
* Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (as outlined above) will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
* Refunds will not be granted for no-shows or cancellations made with insufficient notice, except in cases where I am at fault.
Session Satisfaction:
Please understand that the nature of reading sessions is subjective, and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. If you have concerns about your reading session, please contact me after the session to discuss them. I will do my best to address your concerns fairly and find a reasonable resolution, which may include a partial refund or a follow-up session at my discretion. However, full refunds based on dissatisfaction with the content of the reading are generally not provided.
Technical Issues During the Session:
If you experience significant technical issues during your online reading session that are directly attributable to our systems and disrupt the session, please notify us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the technical difficulties cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial refund or the option to reschedule the remaining portion of the session.
